1. Information on the collection of personal data

1.1 Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior, passwords and payment data.

1.2 When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

1.3 If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

2. Purpose of data processing

2.1 The purposes of processing personal data are generally,

  • Statistical evaluation of our offer in order to continuously improve operations,
    • to enable analysis of this website and its site visitors in general as well as the surfing behavior of our site visitors,
    • maintenance of our system and any troubleshooting,
    • the fulfillment and implementation of any contractual relationships,
    • the protection of legitimate interests.

3. Disclosure to third parties

3.1 Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties with your express consent. The only exceptions to this are transfers to our service providers or cooperation partners that we require to provide the service and have commissioned accordingly (e.g. technical service providers, payment service providers). Accordingly, your data will be transmitted to such service providers and cooperation partners for the purpose of contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. In these cases, we and our partners strictly observe the provisions of the GDPR. Of course, before passing on your personal data, we ensure that the service providers and cooperation partners have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection. The scope of the data transfer is limited to the minimum necessary in each case.

3.2 The transfer to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information only takes place within the framework of the legal obligation to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court or official decision. In this case, the disclosure of your data is required by Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject.

3.3 Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if we offer participation in promotions, competitions, contracts or similar services together with partners. You will receive more detailed information on this when you provide your personal data.

3.4 If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights to us with regard to your personal data:

4.1 Right to information:
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us; in particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.

4.2 Right to rectification:
In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.

4.3 Right to deletion:
In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

4.4 Right to restriction:
In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

4.5 Right to data portability:
In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller.

4.6 Right of appeal:
In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office. 4.7 Right of objection:
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR. If the personal data concerning you are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising.

4.8 Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info[AT]voice-aid-international.com or by post to the address given above.

4.9 Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if, in particular, the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which is described by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or point out to you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing. You can object to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising or data analysis at any time without any special reasons being required.

4.11 You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

5. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

5.1 When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. Each time you visit a page, certain data is transmitted to us (IP address of the requesting computer, name and version of the browser used, pages accessed or name of the file accessed, date and time of the page view, the domain from which the respective request was made (so-called referrer URL), amount of data sent and the operating system used). The processing of this data, in particular the IP address of your computer or end device and the other aforementioned data, by us or our web space provider is absolutely necessary to enable the website to be accessed and delivered in the first place. For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. We do not merge this data with other data from other sources. The legal basis for this data processing to enable the use of the website is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest is the provision of our offer.

5.2 This data is also stored in anonymized form on the server on which our website is hosted for the purposes of statistical analysis, including IP addresses, in order to optimize our website and make it more user-friendly. The IP address is anonymized after 24 hours; it is then deleted after 7 days at the latest. We only use this data in this anonymized form to analyze the use of our website and to further develop and optimize the website in your interest, also on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the continuous improvement of our website in order to offer you the greatest possible user convenience.

5.4 We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise you would have to log in again for each visit.
